Small business - home office with the full service capabilities necessary for us with an assistant to give complete service and assistance in filing, invoicing, receiving, and using Quickbooks. Full knowledge of Quickbooks is a MUST! Please do not waste your time and ours if you do NOT know quickbooks. We are a 23 year-old general construction outfit - small business. We ask that you have general knowledge of construction terms and trade generalities. We also own several companies that manage rental properties. It would be a plus for you to have knowledge in the rental management aspects also, such as rent income, invoicing and handling monthly/quarterly sewage/water/trash bills through such companies.
Again, please have a good knowledge of Quickbooks. We will absolutely work with your schedule to accomodate your time and availibility for working at our office. In other words, we are very flexible to work with. Please send us your resume with references to contact along with your work experience.
We will be offering a "1099" wage of $10 to $15 per hour depending on your skills and knowledge of Quickbooks. You will NOT get a W-2 paycheck. You will get a 1099 at each year end.
