As a Live chat operator, you'll be responsible for answering customer's first hand inquiries via live chat on website and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers, most questions are about specification, product reliability, shipping rates, what types of items we produce and other service we render.
Your major focus is understanding and supporting the needs of our customers and connecting individuals to the right DW Auto and Home Mobility team. This entails fully supporting the online lead request process to qualify leads, assign potential accounts to our sales team, process web registrations, and assign customer service tickets (live chat)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Confirm information and load details into the ERP platform
Assign prospective customers to team members
Schedule meetings between the customer and the designated design team representative as needed
Process web registrations to enable customers to shop on our website.
Respond to Live Chat and effectively address requests for support
May perform other duties and participate in other projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in a live chat
At least a High School diploma is required
PC Literacy including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience with Live Chat and ERP systems preferred
Able to communicate in both written and verbal form effectively
Organized with exceptional follow-up
Can multi-task in a dynamic work environment
